At Ronghua Atelier, each piece is handmade with care. Because our products are handcrafted accessories, slight differences in shape, texture, color, or floral details may occur. These natural variations are part of the beauty and warmth of traditional craftsmanship.

Returns:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, personal preference, color differences caused by screen display, or handmade variations.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at jichunlan1@outlook.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Return Shipping:
