Most orders are processed within 7–15 business days. As our products are handmade, processing time may vary slightly during busy seasons or for more delicate pieces.

Shipping Origin:
All orders are shipped from China.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time is usually around 15 days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local postal service, and holiday seasons.

Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the order destination and selected shipping method.

Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email if tracking is available for your shipping method.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
